Delivery

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time of our products is a maximum of ten days, depending on the work and your postcode area.


Can I choose a delivery date myself?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a delivery time yourself. We deliver ourselves. The moment of delivery depends on the route that our driver takes. We will send you an e-mail with the date and time when we visit you to deliver the order.


Framing service

How does the framing service work?

We collect your artwork at your home, expertly frame it for you and personally deliver the framed artwork to your home again.


Is my artwork insured against damage?

Your artwork is not insured against damage. You can of course assume that Verno will treat your artwork carefully.

Mounting service

Can I also have my painting mounted?

Yes, we can mount your painting for you. For this we use a wooden frame with a thickness of 2 cm.

 

Return policy

Can I exchange or return my order?

Yes, if you are not satisfied, you can exchange or return your frame free of charge within 30 days.


Will I get my money back if I return an order?

If you return your frame, you will get your money back.


Product info

What is a box frame?

A box frame is a frame for placing canvas in. This has the shape of a box, hence the name box frame. Half a centimeter of space remains between the mounted canvas and the frame. This creates a ‘floating’ effect.


What is a facet edge?

A facet edge is a decorative slanted edge of 2.5 cm. The facet edge runs along the edges of the mirror. This extra work is done with a facet machine.


Do I receive a hardboard rear panel with my frame?

If you order a frame without glass, you will only receive the frame with the hanging hooks. Have you ordered a frame with glass? Then you will also receive a hardboard rear panel.


Are there hanging hooks with my frame?

Yes, we always supply hanging hooks with the frame.


Which type of glass should I choose?

No or little daylight or lights? Choose clear glass. Daylight or lights? Choose anti-reflective glass. Valuable artwork that absolutely must not fade? Choose art glass (museum glass).


How thick is the glass?

The glass is 2 mm thick.


How do I keep the glass clean?

You can best use Glassex and a tea towel or kitchen towel for this.


Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom in Cruquius, near Haarlem.


Wedding dress framing service


Will you personally pick up my wedding dress?

Yes, we personally pick up the wedding dress at your home.


Do you steam and iron my wedding dress before framing it?

No, we do not steam or iron the dress. If you want to have the wedding dress steamed first, you have to do this yourself.


Can I remove the dress from the frame later?

No, you can not remove the dress from the frame. The dress is attached very well and would tear off if you take the dress out.


Can I also have a wedding suit framed?

Yes, we can also frame a suit. This works in the same way as the wedding dress framing service.
